Who will pay for the cost of the replacement vehicle? 

The cost of the vehicle we supply you with will be recovered by us, on your behalf, from the guilty party's insurer.

Can I still make a claim if the other driver wasn't insured? 

We can still help you, call 0845 224 8058;  The Motorists Insurer Bureau (MIB), is an organisation that exists to compensate any innocent party who has been involved in an accident with an uninsured driver.

Are there any restrictions on age to use your service? 

We can normally assist anybody; In exceptional circumstances we may need to arrange cover on your own insurance.
